Healthcare Insurance Advocacy Customer’s Challenge: Needed to integrate two product offerings from third parties for resale and consolidated reporting. Products needed to be branded and have single sign-on to present a consolidated view to the consumer. The Solution: Arris identified the system requirements, selected a single sign-on tool, developed the secure integration, and real-time data exchange with the partners. Arris provided architecture, design, implementation and integration with the partners. The Result: Allowed the customer to offer two new product offerings which resulted in increased revenue.
