A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Gazo Namoglu began his career developing operating systems and device control software for companies like Digital Equipment Corporation, Stratus Computer and BTU Engineering. He moved on to manage the distributed systems email gateway products and directory synchronization teams at Soft-Switch/Lotus Development Corporation. Over the years, as applications became increasingly complex, he saw a need for a world-class organization that combined business insight into emerging applications with the engineering talent necessary to solve complex problems. To that end, he founded Arris in 1994. Today, he continues to provide the organization with day-to-day leadership and strategic vision. A passionate leader, he has created a culture that attracts and retains the industry’s top talent.

Patrick Heenan has 30 years of experience in private industry and the public sector. He began his career working at large Forune 500 companies which provided an outstanding foundation for applying lessons learned during his undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The last two decades he has worked with smaller private consulting companies which allowed a more action oriented environment and closer collaboration with clients who desired a growth path to success. . He joined Arris in 1999 because he saw the opportunity to work with a dynamic, creative team of engineers who not only solve interesting and complex business problems for our clients but do so by leveraging technologyas a differentiator and a business process improvement tool. His stewardship of our financial processes frees our practice directors to focus strategically on what they do best- solving our clients challenges.

Since 1984, Sheryl French has worked with a wide range of technologies in an equally wide range of environments for companies like Digital Equipment Corporation and Soft-Switch/Lotus Development Corporation. Her background spans operating systems to application development, with experience in defining the architecture, developing the internal system and designing the graphical user interface. As a principal in Arris, she brings her engineering, business sense and strong project management skills to bear to help clients use technology to enhance operations and set their business apart—and she oversees the engineering teams who make it happen.
