When we introduced Moxi in 2008, it was a groundbreaking service, and your support for the platform helped us pave the way to newer, more advanced entertainment services. That’s why we continued to support the Moxi experience for five years beyond its warranty.

However, starting on August 12th, we will no longer be able to offer hardware or software support and repair or return services for Moxi. As a result, games, photos (Flickr), and SuperTicker will no longer function, but you should still be able to enjoy a variety of entertainment on your Moxi device through the guide and video service.

What services will still work on my Moxi box?

You should still be able to enjoy a variety of television entertainment on your Moxi device through the guide and video service – including recordings that are stored locally on the device.

Will I get to keep all of my photos?

Yes, your Flickr photos are stored on your PC or in the cloud. Please sign into your Flickr account to check your settings.

Why have select channels stopped working?

Your device is several years old and does not support the latest video codecs. As a result, when your service provider upgrades its programming to the newest formats, it will no longer show up in your guide. If you’re interested in seeing all of your available content, please contact your service provider’s sales department to upgrade to a fully compatible device.

Why have you stopped supporting Moxi now?

We’re proud to have supported Moxi for five years beyond the warranty period. However, ARRIS must turn its focus forward and invest in newer video technology to deliver the future of personalized and connected services.
